Plastic Free July

Plastic Free July is a key initiative of the Plastic Free Foundation that allows one to work towards the vision of seeing a world free of plastic waste. From humble beginnings in 2011, the award-winning Plastic Free July campaign is the result of years of hard work.

The movement has inspired an estimated 326 million participants in 177 countries. Making a small change will collectively make a massive difference to our communities.

We at goEgoNetwork took part in this initiative and decided that henceforth from July, we as a team will act as responsible guardians and will make sure that we use the least amount of plastic possible.

Here is a little snippet of what we as a team enforced amongst us.

Yes, to bring our own mugs to the office and help the planet to be a better place to live in because as we know it well, there is no planet B.

goEgoNetwork, believes that to live a beautiful life, we need to opt for a lifestyle that is sustainable and smart. Though that road is untraveled and difficult, it is not impossible. We believe that the only way to make it possible is by taking some action. One should not wait for others to start with it, rather we all should come together and lead examples and inspire others.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the Plastic Free Foundation for awakening the responsible citizen within us.

It is the worst of times but it is the best of times because we still have a chance.
